ARNE DONADELL QUARTET

The „Arne Donadell Quartet“ is a young band around composer
and Piano player Arne Donadell.
Growing up in the north of Germany he began playing Jazz
in his teens and was influenced by Klaus Ignatzek,
Luis Perdomo, George Colligan and Jerry Bergonzi.

Now living in Leipzig Arne studied with Richie Beirach
who says about Arne’s first Recording:
„Fresh Fruits is the ‚Maiden Voyage“ debut recording
of Arne Donadell who just happens to be my best student
here in Leipzig... he responded beautifully to my teaching
in the very tricky and challenging areas of group interaction
and really showing his leadership qualities.“

As the first one, the new Album „Reisende“ was recorded
in New York with Martin Wind and Clarence Penn
and presents Arne’s newest Compositions that will take you
to a energized trip into Modern Jazz.
