MIRA FALK

Childhood memories and modern tales set in Berlin,
New York and Amsterdam.

German vocalist Mira Falk performs playful originals
and creates inventive spins on diverse composers
such as Kurt Cobain or Benjamin Britten.

With music that is by turns mischievous and fun,
then intimate and meditative, the Mira Falk Quartet
creates a cheerful way of listening to music
to their audience.

The four band members of Mira Falk Quartet met each other
during their mutual study in the Conservatory of Amsterdam.
The international line-up of the band (Germany, Island
and Colombia) provides the musical basis for the mix
of original music written by vocalist Mira Falk and re-arranged
classical and popular songs.
