ROOTING FOR DESI

a charity gig and jam session

Our good friend and collegue Desmond Quigg is lucky to come out not too bad out of a serious accident last week. We would like to show him the love, support and respect he deserves and would like to try to support him on the coming months he won't be able to work.

We have installed a jar behind the bar to allow people do a little donation anytime if they would like to. In the same idea, we have organised a charity gig and jam session, invited all of our musicians friends and are really happy to have had great feedback from them so far. Lata Gouveia will hold a special gig with Songwriters in the Grund's guitarist Sven Sauber, Tom Heck on bass and Davie on drums. Many others already confirmed presence to the jam session after the set. We will spin the hat on that evening, to help Desi feed his duck in the next few months, so every single and tiny sign of generosity will be welcome ;)
