PCA QUARTET
Pierre COCQ-AMANN is from Metz. After a succesfull course in classical music crowned by 3 gold medals, international awards (UFAM, WATRELLOS, BELLAN ...) and a State Diploma (CEFEDEM ILE DE FRANCE), our multi-instrumentalist developped interest in modern improvised music that he first started exploring for himself before going to the music Center of Didier Lockwood (CMDL) where he obtained his degree in just one year.
Passionate musician, and insatiable hyperactive, Pierre plays around the world. He loves to combine the most diverse experiences. He is saxophonist for RTNE MUSIC for 5 years and titular organist of Saint Julien-les-Metz. He regularly meets with VJ, painters, dancers, actors, explores world music and tries a maximum of instruments and styles.
