Originally from Marseille where he trained with Phil Levan and in various other bands, Christian Mariotto is nowadays established in Nancy. He perfected the CNMC with Umberto Pagnini (diploma "Jazz Fusion" with special unanimous mention) as well as with workshops with Paul Motian, Bill Frisell, Marc Johnson, Lee Konitz, Joe Lovano, Dave Liebman, John Taylor
and Kenny Wheeler.
