BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU RELEASE
Beaujolais Nouveau is a red wine made from Gamay grapes
produced in the Beaujolais region. It is the most popular
"vin de primeur", fermented for just a few weeks before

regardless of the harvest date.

Although references are made to Jeff Buckley, Rufas Wainwright, Fleet Foxes and Leonard Cohen among others, Mijo continues to elude the pigeon-holes of critics with his fiercely unique voice in the world of song writing and also with his personal expression and musical inventiveness.
Mijo Biscan's previous musica project was Melbourne based Alt-Rock-Prog-Folk group called Lamplight. Their success in their homeland of Australia propelled Mijo to Europe to continue spreading his music to fans on the other side of the planet.
Previously performing and commanding a band of up to 18 people including horn sections, strings and choirs, Mijo is now returning to his roots as a troubadour of simple song and simple truths told with his unique voice and way.

This wednesday we will exceptionally welcome these new friends of ours...
The band was formed after the success of Steelyard Blues Duo
in mainland Europe & the UK.
So far, this has been extremely successful & the band
has been invited to play at many mainland European Blues Festivals
& Festivals in the UK.
Steelyard has supported such famous blues & rock artists as
The Yardbirds, Spencer Davis Group, Fernando Nohrona, Connie Lush,
Kosmic Blue, Sherman Roberton, Johnny Sansome, Mike Sanchez
and lots more...
They have played in many top European Blues venues and
concert halls in England, Scotland, Germany, France, Belgium,
Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Denmark.
their influences are between others: Peter Green, Danny Kirwin,
Jeremy Spencer. J.L.Hooker, Howlin Wolf, Sister Rosetta Tharp,
Big Mama thorton, John Mcvie...
Steelyard Blues write their own material but they also modify
and adjust traditional or US and European Blues-Rock.
They are often described as Ultra Blues as practiced by Mayall,

BATS SOUL
Bats Soul is a Rock Band from Luxembourg with
members from Bulgaria, Germany, France and
Luxembourg!
The band features lead vocal and keyboard Elodie,
Willy on the drums, Alex on guitars and Daniela on
bass and keyboard.
The band formed in 2010 is an upbeat blend of Rock,
Blues and funk.
Artists such as Gossip, Toto, Maroon 5, Janis Joplin and
Lenny Kravitz are among their biggest influences.
The band should have finalized their first album by now,
with powerful dancing tunes on their way!
Get ready for night to fall - the bats are coming…

some stories point out of the lot, bring their share of fun or incredible discoveries...
so this danish cowboy sits in the bar early this week when i get in
to start my shift and take over the bar and comes to me...
"Carl (Wyatt), a good friend of mine told me about your place and i'd like to play here.
- ok...?..??... (Carl is definitely a garantee for quality but i've never heard, seen or listened to this guy so...)
but the man hands me a cd, i put in on and there...
definitely a great discovery! folk, blues, a touch of country - always enough and never too much!
i seriously loved this cd, made me think of many artists i really like, but with a very personal songwriting!
we have had the chance to hear a tiny bit of the man's talent live in our Jam Session last night
and i can only tell that i can't wait to see the whole set!
this man's charisma, his generosity and his individual talent are the best ingredients we can hope for, for
an unforgetable evening again!
