THOMAS DELOR Trio
 
Created in 2014, the trio of French musician Thomas Delor offers to the public, owing to the fact that it’s led by a drummer, a trio breaking the rules of the traditional "guitar-bass-drums" in an unusual way. Offering a repertoire around his own compositions and personal jazz standards arrangements, Thomas Delor is here a delicate blend of rhythmist melodist colorist, exploring all the facets of his instrument.

The aim of the trio is to blend tradition and modernity, dynamism and lyricism, clarity and complexity, subtlety and aggressiveness, in order to create a fresh and intense music, filled with rhythmic and melodic concepts.
